serve a wide variety of markets, but our largest
clients are in the legal and accounting fields. As
both law and accounting firms rely heavily on the
production of documents, we are experienced with the
desktop applications required to keep these
businesses running smoothly.
Perhaps
more important than the fields of the businesses
we serve, are the views held by those businesses
regarding technology, specifically that it should
have a measurable
and visible impact on the productivity of their
operations.
Our clients also share a healthy appetite for
consuming real technological advancements.
What our clients don’t typically like is technology
for technology’s sake. They prefer stable systems
that
streamline storage of and access to data rather than
an amalgamation of various trendy technology
solutions that detract from the core focus of their
business and create
undue complexity and duplication for their end
users.
Above all else, they steer clear of the reactionary
“break-and-fix” mentality that many companies take
toward IT maintenance.
