Gryphin Keep Consulting
provides IT systems integration and maintenance
outsourcing services. We look to develop long term
relationships with
clients by providing a custom
premium solution. We install, upgrade, and maintain
the entire computer network system from PDA to
desktop to
server and everything in between. These
services may be provided
on-site, off-site, or more
commonly a combination of both.
At the beginning of an engagement we meet with the
primary
leadership --decision makers, Managers, and
key “power users”
-- to get an understanding of how
the company’s systems currently work and where they
would like to take them. It is our experience that
few people in a company have the same perception and
experience, and that frequently, this preliminary
meeting marks the first time that anyone has viewed
the IT infrastructure from a global perspective. The
findings can reveal a seemingly insurmountable task,
which is our favorite place to start.
The next phase is to take what
we have learned about the client’s business and
apply the Digital Strategy model. This helps us
bring order to chaos and guides us as to where to
start. This usually means infrastructure projects at
the desktop and server level, then at the
application level.
The final phase involves implementation of the above
Digital Strategy.
Once we have achieved an initial
state of standardization and stability,
we begin to
work on productivity improvements to the
infrastructure
and new system integrations, while
maintaining the environment
and the lifecycles of
the hardware and software.
